Our aim is to manage our business successfully while maintaining our responsibilities towards the environment; this will be maintained through a programme of continuous improvement.

ACW complies with all legislation relevant to its operations, and in
considering the effect that some manufacturing processes may have
on the environment, will seek alternatives that minimise harmful
impacts.

ACW has an active policy to reduce waste sent to landfill to a minimum by reuse and recycling of materials and by the overall reduction of waste.

When choosing suppliers ACW will favour those that have the same approach to environmental issues as ourselves.

ACW is committed to the prevention of pollution and to minimising the impacts of its activities on the environment, and will undertake to monitor and control levels thereof.

ACW will develop its staff training and raise personnel awareness to
support its commitment to this Policy.

The involvement and commitment of the ACW Senior Management Team will ensure that adequate resources and information are available to maintain the objectives set out in this policy. This team will be responsible for reviewing the policy and the Environmental Management System annually to ensure that they are current and valid to business and environmental needs.
