Operations Manager
Job Responsibilities
- To assist Vice General Manager the implementation of ACW Group policies, procedures and reporting
systems aligned to ACW Group;
- To ensure all on-site functions and services are optimised;
- To develop the Management Team and subordinates through training and development programmes;
- To lead the Management Team to achieve their key and secondary objectives;
- To prepare the Company for new customer programmes;
- To develop the current capability of production technology, including new capital equipment and skills;
- To continue developing the Zhuhai team, site and manufacturing capabilities to meet customers' requirements;
- To work with General Manager, Vice General Manager and Management Team for other projects and tasks.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications, minimum bachelor in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 8 years experience in similar role in electronics company;
- Proven demonstrable track record of experience, maturity and capability in a similar role in a manufacturing company;
- Experience with SMT, electronic assembly processes, lean supply and modern manufacturing techniques;
- Leading edge modern manufacturing methods (Kanban, Kaizen, 5S, cell manufacture, cycle time reduction techniques); Fluent in English, spoken and written;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem solving skills and management skills;
- Individual should possess the following success qualities: enthusiasm, self-confidence, persistence, goal-oriented, initiative, self- discipline, etc.

Job Responsibilities
- To have responsibility
for Engineering, testing and quality functions.
- To ensure the Engineering and Quality departments are resourced, fully
trained, and capable to meet the objectives of the company.
- To ensure that the company fulfils all of the regulatory laws and
approvals with respect to Quality, environmental and safety requirements.
- Ensure that the installed processes are capable and meet capacity
requirements.
- To train and develop staff skills to achieve the manufacturing strategy.
- To ensure the effectiveness of Quality and performance feedback and
improvement programmes.
- To plan and deliver efficient processes that achieves manufacturing
capability to meet customer requirements.
- To work with General Manager, Vice General Manager and management
team on other tasks.
Job Requirements

- Minimum 8 years in a similar role in an electronics company.
