ACW Technology Ltd is a leading Contract Electronics Manufacturer providing a complete product manufacturing, logistics and repair service to customers. We serve a variety of commercial, aerospace and defence markets with our knowledge of digital, analogue and RF and mechanical disciplines. Complex, technically advanced, products are manufactured, tested and configured into systems, then packaged and shipped direct around the globe from our factories. We have 400 staff with extensive experience in electronics, metalwork, plastics and packaging.

Our friendly, helpful staff offer you honesty and responsiveness. We provide a high quality product fulfilment solution, with only 3 days' lead time for many complex configured products. This necessitates a first class material supply chain; customers benefit from our purchasing leverage. Our UK sites each have a Training School where our own IPC610 Class A qualified instructors train, re-train and assess operatives to ensure that we achieve high quality standards in goods shipped. Following many years' solid growth starting in 1989, sales in the financial year ending 30th September 2007 were in excess of £45M. The company has made an operational and bottom line profit for over 14 years and its finances compare favourably with its peers. ACW's financial pedigree ensures continuity of supply for its customers' products. The factory facilities (150,000 sq.ft. in Southern England, South Wales and Southern China) are outstanding, with 12 surface mount lines capable of dealing with the latest components; extensive test and inspection facilities; box build & configuration cells and a substantial repair centre dealing with upgrades and repairs to component level. Our engineers provide extensive support to customers in design for Manufacture, Test and Procurement. Information Technology has been in constant development for many years; ACW systems target yield improvements and provide information for staff, suppliers and customers. Our systems and controls are geared towards flexibility and good communication that form part of the rationale for sourcing in the UK. The same systems and controls are in use in our Chinese factory to provide world-wide status information for customers.
